I have been using Smart Solution Hosting for some time now and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Their response time is quick and their support team is top-notch. Whenever I have had an issue or needed assistance, they have been prompt and helpful. In addition, their service is incredibly stable, and I have never experienced any significant downtime or disruptions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this service provider, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable hosting service. It is important to support companies that consistently provide excellent service, and I will continue to do so with this provider.

I had the worst experience you can have with this hosting service, site down most of the times, no response to the messages or calls, and after months of trying to reach them for domain transfer and after the domain has expired they sent me a message telling me you have to pay the bill to send you the transfer code. If I could I won't put 1 star but minus 5 stars.

They started with too much buzz and noise pretending the best hosting company in Algeria with low price and high quality...

The owner of the company was an employee at Ayrade he ran away with the DB clients, then started to promote his service, and actually this company is just doing a reselling business from common European hosting companies -just like the competitors- but with almost no service support in case of DDOS attack or any other technical issue...

Now it becomes worst! They take your money with an automatic script to create a shared hosting account with no real support, I lost multiple accounts (time/money and even a domain name) trying to contact them each time they answer with the same response: "We'll fix it soon!" or something like that.

it's been now almost a month, website is down, data lost, can't access cpanel nor emails, I've been calling them everyday and they just say send us your domain name by sms and we'll see what we can do

Bad service with frequent issues. (Lost files, inability to access CPanel, broken wordrpess installs, subdomians got broken after a while...etc)
I was unsatisfied so asked for the code to transfer my domain to another hosting company but they refused to respond and closed the ticket twice without ever receiving a response.
If you think their price is too good to be true then you'd be right.

i have a problem , i can't send emails , in send a reqyest for you , i have 4 days the problème is the same .

Bad service and bad communication i never saw like them my website run 2 days and out of service 5 days .
Second i bought a new domain from them it's been 11 days and nothing happened and when i tried to contact them they refuse to respond .
Even a 1 star is too much for them

This time I was served correctly and the tech team solved my problems. Overall, the team seems to be decent and they do what they can to help their clients. Keep up the good work.
