“Smart Repair” turned into “Nightmare Repair”
Booked repair far in advance, no one shows up on the day. Book a second visit and they don’t turn up the time originally stated.
Finally turn up (I’ve been cool, calm and accepting all the way)
The repair was of the far right hand corner of rear bumper. I come out when job is finished looks ok not what I was expecting but decide to sign it off.
Fast forward a day or 2 and notice black marks on the bumper away from the area they worked on (central) try to see if it runs off and paint feels like sandpaper all over the centre of my rear bumper (not where they worked)
Basically caused more damage to my bumper than it had to begin with and if only I knew I would have kept the original damage over what it is like now. I wish I could post photos of it!!!
Yes it is that bad absolute joke!!
I file a report stating I do not want the same person to come out and fix what they destroyed, guess what they do…. They did exactly just that. Are they serious? Why would I want someone that caused all this and with the potential of causing even further damage to my car.
I am out of pocket - my car is in worse a condition as it was before and now I’m looking at a full bumper respray on top to fix all this.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service ! I’m extremely happy with the work done on my car. The two gentlemen who carried out the work were both very professional, polite and helpful from start to finish. They did a fantastic job fixing my car, and the quality of the work is excellent. You can really see the care and attention to detail that went into the repair.
My car looks looks great, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing an excellent service.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable and high quality car repairs. Thank you both so much for doing such an amazing job

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time, I sent multiple pictures of a small dent with multiple angles but they kept asking for more and more photo photos which I couldn't provide as I was on holiday but I kept getting the same automated response.
I have had multiple quotes from other companies with the photos I had sent.

In certain cases, we may also ask for photographs taken from further back so that we can see the entire affected panel, understand the overall size and extent of the damage, and determine whether any surrounding or additional panels may be affected.
While we appreciate that other repairers may be able to provide an estimate from fewer photographs, we aim to ensure our quotations accurately reflect the work required. This helps to minimise the possibility of unexpected changes to the scope of the repair or cost when the technician attends the vehicle.
Our estimations team take pride in providing accurate and realistic quotations, which means that on some occasions further photographs or information will be required before we can confidently provide a price. When we do ask for this, if you do email in with a query, you will receive responses from our in-house team.
