Never order from smartplay

I ordered a gaming chair. And it's been 7 days and I haven't received any notification except payment. No delivery status, no refund, no reply to mail. Avoid this site.

I do not recommend this store

I ordered a gaming chair on 09/20/2023. Today is the 25th and I haven't received any message other than the accepted order. I paid 1000 kr for the chair, and ordered delivery +20 kg. They do not answer the questions that I sent to their mail.

today is 09/26/2023 and they returned my money for the order because they didn't have a gaming chair in stock, although the website said there were 3 of them

Product not received although paid...

Product ordered on 06.11.22 and 10 days later on 16.11 still no feedback and no shipping confirmation although I have already paid via PayPal.
Would never ever buy here again.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with receiving your order. I can see that you haven't enclosed your order number here in your review, which makes it very hard for me to help you here as I don't have any information.

You should have received information in an email on Tuesday explaining that we've had some shipping issues which caused some extra delays in your order being shipped.

As far as I can see all orders from the 6th of November are all packed and shipped, so you should have received a track and trace email by now. Have you checked your spam filter?

We're very sorry that you haven't received your product yet, we're doing everything in our power to send and ship as fast as we can but, as mentioned before, we, unfortunately, had some shipping issues which caused some further delays.

If you're still facing problems please contact me at support@smartplay.gg, so I can help you sort out the issues and hopefully figure out if you want a refund or would like to wait for your order.

Great support - Waiting for new products :-)

I ordered a XBox mini fridge at Smartplay. But there were some complications with the delivery via GLS, which was solved by Smartplay very nicely by re-shipping the product to my home address after it was returned. Unfortunately, the fridge had two scratches on the door. For this Smartplay offered me a discount, which was more than fair.

A response via email sometimes took a few days, which was not so nice, but there was an option for an online-chat on their website, which solved my problems immediately.

Conclusion: Nice product, nice support, delivery company not so good

Great product and lovely service

Great product and wonderful customer service. The first delivery attempt did not work due to issues with the courier but i was offered a free second delivery that worked well. Very nice people in customer service! Thank you!

Don‘t buy from this company

I can only warn you from this website. I procured a Xbox fridge by end of June and it lost its function nearly exactly 2 months after I got it.

No reaction from Smartplay to my claim, I even sent a video. I now escalated this through PayPal as the frauds from Smartplay don’t reply

In addition to that I got no informational emails about the shipping status, not the best packaging and you can only ship to pickup stations not to your door, as GLS has not a lot of pick up stations I needed to drive 5 kilometers to the next one

The email you added to this review does not match the email you added to our system. Could that be the case?

You should also have received shipping information via SMS

All orders are sent in heavy packaging. No order is being sent directly in the sales packaging. Sometimes the orders are handled very violently by the various shipping companies.

We have not added the option to receive the order directly to customers' home addresses. We have had bad experiences shipping to customers' home addresses.

We are also working hard to add more shipping options, such as DPD, DHL and Deutsche Post.

We are always interested in feedback, good and bad. In this way, we can ensure the best possible shopping experience with us in the future.

We apologise many times for the bad experience. Your feedback is very important for us.

Requested refund was answered

Requested a refund but never got an answer. Only this rating formular. I will highly recommend others to skip this store until the official refund works as expected.

Good price and fast free shipping but only to GLS shops which are pretty rare in Germany
