Motorola products don't fit
I bought a flip cover and a screen protector for a Motorola e5 play, the screen protector was way too big and the cover doesn't fit properly, making impossible to use the fingerprint scanner and very hard to trigger the volume and power buttons.
Do not recommend
The webshop contact me to offer a replacement item, thefore I am adding two stars to my original review

Do not order here!
I ordered a charger for my Samsung S8+ on 26/11/2018, and I payed on the same day. On the website it is clearly stated that there is a one day delivery term. Today is 07/12/2018 and I received nothing. I called 5 times and send 6 emails to the customerservice, who refused to help me and were extremely impolite/insulting. The only thing they could supposedly do (after my suggestion) is sending the charger 'again' by prior delivery, but only if I pay 4 euros extra. They did not offer any solution nor did they apologize or offer some sort of compensation (e.g. a coupon). Yesterday I cancelled the order, and they informed me that I would 'most likely' get my money back/ So, no charger, no service, have been insulted, no solutions were given and I have not received my money back yet. For your own good, order at Bol.com or CoolBlue or whatever. Just not here.

Completely unacceptable service. Don't be fooled by their fast customer service, because in my experience with them, there are no proper resolutions offered.
They sold me a 2nd hand product (packaging ripped and broken) for a first hand price (Mophie charging pad). I was so upset to see this when I opened the box to wrap my brother's birthday gift (which was the next day, and I had no choice but to give it to him). I then complained about this and was offered to exchange the product for a new one TWICE - something I already said wouldn't be possible because his birthday was the next day.
I then asked for compensation and was offered a 10% discount - which is a discount you can easily find online for their webshop (google it). I told them I don't consider 10% to be adequate compensation for that reason, and they proceeded to offer me a slightly better 10 euro discount.
By this time, however, CoolBlue was (and is) selling the same product for 10 euros less. They are even selling a "2nd life" (already opened packaging) version of the product for as much as 17,95 less than Smartphonehoesjes.nl. At least CoolBlue admits when we can expect packaging to be previously opened, which is especially relevant when buying items as gifts.

I received a damaged product. The customer service re-order for me, after 7 days of waiting not receive the replacement. Again I contact customer service, the re-order and asked me to wait 7 more days for a simple glass protection. Never going to use this smartphonehoesjes.nl any more!

Fake reviews, crap product
Bought a screen protector and it was a terrible fit. It caused pixellation of the screen so the VR function could not be used. Left a review explaining this and the review was removed. The product still has a 5 star rating but it is crap. So it seems that the site is simply using fake reviews to sell their products.
Not indicative of a good honest store.

The product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend MobielBereikbaar.nl to friends and family.
Only one thing I did not like about my telephone cover. The manufacture did not punch a hole in the care to allow attachment for the battery charger to connect to the phone.
