Absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all costs. They didn't even show up and swore at me on the phone. These people are con men.

We wait 3 hours to recover our car whit more then 60 call for updates until we decide to take a taxi and pick the car ourselves not mention that give them a notice whit 30 min upfront and let them know that we are whit a baby so at 3.11 am in the morning after nearly 4 hours we recover the car SO NO PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM ...PIRATE DON'T TRUST THEM no possibility to complain or to call customer service ( didn't exist)

We were 30 minutes from Manchester airport phoned to say we were 30 minutes away as instructed only to be told we had been scammed !!!!!

Been trying to contact for 2 weeks.
I’m trying to cancel my booking as I cannot travel on dates.
Cannot get hold of them. Emailed loads and called daily.
Disgraceful service.

DO NOT PURCHASE AIRPORT PARKING THROUGH THIS PRICE COMPARISON SITE! This company are very dodgy. They provide prices for airport companies that we found out are clearly not legit. Then when I have tried to speak to the customer services about the problems I have had, they just hang up on you midway through explaining the problems. Then when you try to call back they don't answer.

Do not use this company. SCAM
We arrived at the airport and rang the number provided and the person we spoke to said they no longer deal with this company and refused to take our car. Ended up paying again to use official airport parking.

Went to the address to drop of the car, (it's a really scummy yard that looks like a breakers yard) where I was told I then had to drive to the airport and meet someone at departures. Handed my key over the guy had no uniform or paperwork very unofficial?? Spent a lot of time while away worrying if I'd even have a car when I got back. To my relief when I called the phone number on the booking email someone answered but they me I'd have to wait up to an hour before the car would be delivered to the short stay car park. It took them an hour to doling the car and the guy who dropped it off just tossed the parking ticket at me and ran off no chance to check the car. for damage etc. Luckily the car seems fine

I booked parking at Heathrow through this company. I subsequently needed to cancel because of a change of plans. I therefore emailed them on March 14th (2 weeks before being due to travel). I received no response to this or at least 4 emails. I then called the company on March 25th and I was promised a return call. 2 days later I am still waiting for this.
I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Shocking experience, the booking we made mentioned the £6.20 levy we had to pay the driver to exit the short stay drop off area at T1, we handed over the money and he claimed it had gone up to £8, we didn’t have any extra small change so we had to give him a £10 note, and guess what he had no change!
We later went online only to discover the price was still £6.20 from T1, which was confirmed when we exited the carpark on our return.
I should also mention when we got back into the Uk, they didn’t know which terminal we had got back into despite giving them all the information on the booking, they then said it would be about 30 minutes before they returned the car (actually an hour), and the driver would ring 5 minutes before, I checked where we should wait, and the rude man on the other end of the phone just said “I told you he will phone 5 minutes before”, such great customer service “said nobody”!!

I booked parking at Heathrow through this comparison site. The confirmation email said the service provider is Premium Parking LHR. DO NOT use these under any circumstances, i have just received a Penalty Charge Notice for £90 for the car being driven in the ULTRA LOW EMISSION ZONE at 00:35 hours 6 days after i dropped the car off. I rang their number and they completely showed no interest saying i should have told them the car does not meet the Low Emission requirements. An absolute disgrace.

Do not book through this website. Arrived at the 'car park' to find no car park, at 3am... £145 out of pocket because of this company.

Booked Quality Parking Heathrow through them. The service was ok but I have a tracker in my car. The car was moved from the airport to a business park in Slough and left there initially for a number of days. It was then transferred to an another road in Slough close to a bungalow. Again moved back to original place where it was parked. The car came back filthy
, it had been parked in a field. I believe for Hearhrow they just dump the car on side roads in Slough, Iver and Colnbrook. I asked the driver where their compound was and if they had secure CCTV. I know Slough and surrounding area as I worked there for over 8 years and aware of the areas the car was parked. Needless to say won’t be booking through this company again.

Booked a meet and greet parking. Told to call 30 minutes before arrival which we did 20-30 times. Arrived at the airport still not response paid £7 to enter the car park they told us to meet them in, in the email. Then had to park in a mid stay for Stansted which will cost £180!

Apart from the site looking a mess the journey to the airport was fine, though somewhat fast.
The problem came on the return, our plane was late getting to Manchester due to fog, on ringing the company I was told there are no vehicles available, you will have to get a taxi, when asked will the company pay, the reply was you will have to email them. Cost of Taxi £44, I doubt whether I will be repaid

This is a total joke of a rip-off company!!!!The postcode is not near the gate(750mtrs at least) there is NO SIGNAGE anywhere inside OR outside the premises! The carpark looks like a BOMB SITE and a COUNCIL TIP!!! Their Old shuttle bus was filthy inside, and even the center passenger seat thats sits 3 is loose on the floor. The lady that was also picked up at the WRONG terminal was nearly sick due to the way the driver drove (too fast round motorway junctions, undertaking and TOO close to cars in front!!!!

This is the worst car parking service, we booked parking here with cancellations covered. However, they declined to refund saying the product wasn't covered. But they still charged extra for cancellation coverage. I didn't see these reviews before booking I would have avoided them. So many negative reviews and it's a scam.

Called in the morning to confirm the postcode of the car park as I did not realise it was that far away. But everything was nicely explained. Called 30 mins before arrival, everything seemed OK. When we arrived guy seemed clueless about our booking then he gave me the phone to speak to some guy who said they can't take us to the airport as their van is having MOT and I need to get a taxi. ONE BIG SCAM I'm making a formal complaint- we obviously left straight away, paid fortune to park at the airport last minute as I didn't trust them with my car after that. Fuming

This is the most awful car park to ever find, do not book this place there a scam, they tell you there 10 mins from Manchester airport when there actually 20 minutes away.
