Been using Smart Mechanics for years now, always super friendly and great communication. Trustworthy technicians who are always happy to break down and explain things to you. Won’t find me going anywhere else.

On top of this I recently had the pleasure of using Smart Refurbs as needed a couple of wheels repairing due to getting a bit too friendly with a curb, initially just wanted a paint repair but after a bit of thought went for a total colour change to all 4 wheels too. They came to my place of work and before I knew it the transformation was done and I fell in love with my car all over again.

I cannot praise Smart Mechanics enough. Their service and communication are exemplary in every way. The team is dedicated, professional, thorough and kind, with 100% fantastic communication. They helped me when I had a distressful experience because another mechanic failed to show 3 times without contact to finish the work he was still booked to do on my car. By that time my MOT had run out and I was in limbo.i contacted Kevin at Smart Mechanics who replied immediately, even though it was in the evening. Kevin booked my car in and Cal came the next morning to diagnose any problems prior to Kevin collecting her from my home .From start to finish, diagnostics, car collection, work carried out, MOT and car returned I was kept in the loop. Communication was constant and clear, absolute wonderful service from a lovely kind and caring team. Fair transparent pricing and clear explanations. They are my go to garage from now on, I'm so happy.A lovely hard working team with great work ethics. Thank you to Kevin, Cal and Rob plus anyone else involved in sorting Amelia car out for me.
