Great experience with SmartMD. The on-site trainings were well put together, the customer service is great. The trainers were very patience with me and my staff. The follow up weekly meetings was great as it provided me the opportunity to ask questions in reference to any issues or concerns I may have encounter once we went live with the forms. Also, the weekly follows were to ensure the process was flowing smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this program to anyone who prefers to have electronic documents. It's simple for the patients and caregivers to follow and there is always a support provider to assist with any needs.

We've had an excellent experience implementing and using the SmartMD VIP solution. The platform was easy to roll-out, is user-friendly, and gives us deep insights about our referrals, pipeline, and supports our intake, admissions, and HIM teams. The SmartMD team is very responsive and provides excellent support in answering questions and implementing changes in a timely fashion. The solution has drastically improved efficiency in workflows for our intake and admissions teams.

We are an extremely busy ophthalmology group and all 3 doctors can use the system with ease. SmartMD made our transition to online transcription very smooth. We've not had any issues using this style transcription and the price is great for the service received. We made the switch approximately 10-11 months ago, wish we'd made it sooner. We are very happy with SmartMD and glad we made the switch.

SmartMD is the greatest gift that my organization ever gave to my department. It has made our job so much easier and has made it possible to reach out to our patients immediately. Our quality department is impressed with the HIPPA compliance. I have to say that the support they have given us as we went live with their program has been beyond measure! It is so intrinsic to use and easy to teach. Our biggest sceptics became believers after seeing it in action once.

We operate a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization, and have been looking for a solution to improve our intake and enrollment process. Our entire experience has been WORLD-CLASS. From process improvement, to systems training, to implementation, SmartMD has been proactive, timely, communicative, and efficient. The documentation burden for our intake process is rather extensive, but the SmartMD team rose to the challenge with ease.

Their team has developed a fully integrated system to make the patient experience easy for seniors/caregivers, and not only improve efficiency for our team, but also has the capacity to give us intake and marketing data at as granular a level as we need. As an Intake/Marketing manager, I highly recommend SmartMD for anyone looking for process improvement, and making the patient experience more comfortable and accessible.

The team is always willing to help with whatever issues we are having. The response time is amazing, and we have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an answer.

For a transcription service, I am surprised by the amount of typos and formatting issues.

Lorna did an EXCELLENT job of onboarding our agency with SmartMD - from setting up providers and insurance carriers in the system to training staff on data input and billing processes. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions we had along the way. Reports are always delivered on time each week as per our specifications, and she calls to check in regularly to make sure things are still running smoothly. Our A/R has vastly improved since partnering with SmartMD. Highly recommend both SmartMD and Lorna in particular! A+++ and 5 star service!

It has been a wonderful experience, time saving and dependable.

The transcription services have been excellent. I have had no problems at all and the transcriptionist has virtually made no transcribing errors. Turnaround time is within 24 hours .. Billing and payment is super easy as well. Overall of the service is exemplary. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for transcription services

SMART MD is the best thing that I have done regarding my clinic. It has not only cut down time for accurate documentation but the team is always on top of making sure notes are in appropriate order and added in time. Additionally they were able to make templates for routine notes. They are always willing to discuss making things better and adaptive with patient care and quality. Could not be happier with the process. They have saved time/effort/energy in documentation so I can spend more time with my family and focusing on Surgery.

I have used Smartmd in my practice for nearly 20 years.
I have always found them responsive to my needs with prompt, accurate, and efficient dictation support.
Progress notes, letters to referring doctors or patients and occasional memorandums are all handled in a fashion that enhances my efforts.
The price is right and the billing is fair and accurate.
I have called on occasion for a special request or to clear up a minor issue and have found their customer service people accessible, courteous, patient, and very helpful.
It is my pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Excellent service. They provide quick accurate turnarounds on the dictations. Highly recommend them.

Notes are accurate and timely. Weekend requests and 4 hr turn around quite helpful. I would recommend for both inpatient and ambulatory practices.
