Ordered online some electrics switches…

Ordered online some electrics switches that need me to coordinate with an electrician in order to install - since placing the order I haven’t had any updates on timelines etc they just told me they will let me know when the order is dispatched so no indication whatsoever and at this stage I doubt they are even based in Ireland. Write to their support contact today and still haven’t received a response on all the above. Order number 1006 in case it helps
