I placed and order for a Range and never received the product, unable to get any response with chat, email or phone call. Turned it over to After Pay for the second time. I am waiting for a response from them. I try to go back to the website and was unable to do so.
Fraudulent company. Ordered a printer from SmartElectro in Canada. Was directed to pay through Afterpay. Money is being sent to a company in Florida called Inner-Serene that sells candles. No phone calls returned from either business. No emails responded to by either business. Product still shows preparing to ship. I filed a dispute through Afterpay, who closed the dispute and says I still owe for a product never received.

Purchased a graphics card from this site and paid via Afterpay (the only payment option available). No communication from them. No order confirmation email, no shipment email, etc. Tried messaging the supplied customer support email to no response. After two weeks of that I initiated a refund request and still no response. Going through afterpay process now to see about a refund. We’ll see…
