The app is well designed to have an overview of your personal portfolio. I have been using it for a couple of months and have invested small amount in two different assets. Once the funding is completed, the dividends are shared on a monthly basis. However, sometimes the wait to receive the first dividend might be a bit longer than expected as the full-funding of the asset may require more time than planned.

I’m using SmartCrowd.ae for a few months and the experience is being very pleasant. The platform is very user friendly, it is very easy to check new opportunities and also your previous investments. I’m planning only to increase the share of SmartCrowd in my investment portfolio.

I was looking for diversified option to invest. I never imagine to invest in a complex asset class like properties. Smart crowed made it possible and i am very happy i found such platform. I believe, in smart crowed website, there are some improvements needed, the main dashboard should have more cleaner display, i feel like pending deposit should be placed in bottom location. it should show total portfolio value including rewards i don't see rewards value displayed in dashboard, so that investor have full investment picture in a single glance. Things should looks simpler in wallet no need to have so many icons or graphics, page looks messy, grabbing unnecessary space makes page confusing . If there is any incomplete investment transaction it should not be displayed or remain in wallet forever. it should be removed at some point. Thanks

Experience with Smartcrowd has been decent so far. I have found that their investing dashboard is nice and they have a great variety of options. But i believe they need to expand their customer portfolio and cater to a corporate database as well.

They're probably one of the best run companies in their niche that I've ever come across. I've invested with them in one of the JLT properties and everything went flawlessly. Really good and they did the study for the apartment and every other information you need for example ROI, really good and everything is simple and easy
