What made my experience great with what started as a relatively small external building project which became much bigger, was the in-depth knowledge and professionalism of the team, from the project manager to the roofer, ground worker and others.
The project required careful consideration as it involved working on a fairly steep hill. The project manager and the ground worker consulted me at each stage, offering options and created a very pleasing, well executed design.
All of the workmen were polite, pleasant and skilled, and on two occasions when they came across issues with my existing structures they sorted them out, for example, they solved the problem of my leaking conservatory.
The project manager had a very good eye for design and the work was completed to a high standard, and they kindly went above and beyond what was in the quote by putting up a new shed for me.
