These folks don't seem to work on…

These folks don't seem to work on feedback. They just take loyal customers for granted. Ordered flowers and each garland is of different length. As usual even after asking multiple times they don't authenticate for the freshness. If they did this we could look for alternatives. :(
Took bananas for offering to God, and got raw plantains! May be this is how they offer in their own.

Exceptional Service: Went Above and Beyond to Help Me!

I recently had a wonderful experience with SmartBazzar that I felt compelled to share. I was in urgent need of idly dosa batter to feed my kids, and even though they didn’t have a driver available for delivery at that moment, their customer service was incredibly thoughtful. After messaging them about my situation, they went out of their way to ensure that my order was delivered promptly. I really appreciated their kindness and effort, as they took extra steps to help me out when I was feeling desperate. Great service, and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. I’d highly recommend them to my friends!

Great Business

Great products, good value! I did have a small issue trying to fill in the billing adress, but managed eventually. I messaged support on WhatsApp and they were very kind and helpful! Also next day delivery!!

Quality is amazing!

I have been shopping with Smartbazaar for more than a year and I have always had a great experience! Their customer service is excellent. The way they carefully wrap the banana leaves to retain the freshness needs special mention! Their quality check is great and I hope they maintain the same level of service and quality.

Excellent support

The support executive was quick to respond. As the product 200g was not available, 100g was sent which we are not happy. Immediately we were refunded the amount. Thanks for the quick response and support.

Customer friendly is the highlight for…

Customer friendly is the highlight for me.
In my recent order I had missed to order something important I needed.After order placed I contacted them on what’s app contact mentioned on the website and requested my missed item to be added. All was sorted so smoothly. I cannot imagine how happy I was. Great customer service and great products are my highlights.

Good quality

Got delivered late but quality of product (Tender coconut) is good. I am going to order Tender coconut again.

Some of the mangoes were rotten

Some of the mangoes were rotten. Didn't expect this quality. Very disappointed. Given 2 stars for the rest of the items and delivering on time.

Thanks for your kind feedback. We are sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed. We can see that we shipped your order on 30th April the same day you placed the order but unfortunately due to some incident in the ferry it got delayed by DHL to reach Guernsey. DHL tried to deliver your parcel on the 3rd but they couldn't locate your address and since its a friday they have put the parcel on hold until Monday and delivered it then. Our sincere apologies on behalf of DHL. Once we handover the parcel to our courier partners we have no control over them and due to various factors beyond our control there might be rarely some delay in delivering the orders. However, please feel free to reach out to us if you haven't received your parcel within 48 hours of dispatch so that we can check this for you with DHL.
