The first picture sent the bottom of the picture was cut off. It took countless emails and a negative social media post to finally receive a replacement, two months later. Also the quality of the paper is very cheap, A permanent line is in the print. I don't want to go through the hassle of a return since the line is fairly faint. I do not recommend purchasing from their website.
