Hellen James - Superstar VA
Hiring Hellen (James) as my VA brought an efficiency to my business that I didn't think was possible. She just ploughs through all the tasks that I found hard to dedicate time to.
But more than that it took me from the lonely space of solopreneur to having a team mate and the psychological difference that made was incredible.
Hellen is hugely supportive but straight talking too. She genuinely wants what's best for you business and will contribute in any which way that she can. She's capable of way more than she lets on too as she has a forensic accountancy background - she spots all the detailed points that most people miss.

Cari recently picked up some correspondence tasks for me. She used her initiative where I hadn't given her the full details and provided a professional and timely letters. She also picked up organising lots of different meetings for me and she organised this effectively putting them in all people's diaries etc and with the relevant zoom details so made my life so much easier.
