Terrible terrible. Ive used different inventory services before, and have never experienced anything like it. They left the flat without locking up properly. The outgoing tenant (very trustworthy and reliable) phoned me very upset as they had accused her of breaking a blind (which they had manhandled to test it). And they then met the incoming tenant at the train station to handover keys instead of meeting at the property. Unprofessional.
When i raised these 3 concerns over the service, the company were very rude. I never write reviews, but felt i had to this time.

Awful company. The lady who visited for the inventory was extremely rude. When the keys were given to her all the blinds were closed, garden doors were closed. When she left, all blinds were open, she left the back garden door open!!
She forgot to include the en-suite in the master bedroom. The tenant reported to me that the ensuite is missing from the inventory.
Not just this, she completely forgot the ground floor bedroom which has a newly fitted electric heater and 3 row wardrobes.
And top of that when I reported all this to admin, they don't bother to even reply. The money they will take instantly while booking the inventory but cannot show the same speed in resolving their own faults.
