2-month delay due to their error, then they tripled the shipping price.
This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had. My parcel has been stuck for two months simply because Smart Forwarding had an incorrect address listed on their own website.
Instead of taking responsibility for the massive delay they caused, they waited 60 days to issue an invoice for £30 via Nova Poshta—which is significantly more expensive than the Ukrposhta rates I was promised and calculated at the time of the order.
Their customer service in WhatsApp is completely unhelpful. They refuse to honor the original price and won't even allow me to arrange my own courier to collect the parcel and deliver it to another warehouse in London. They have now put my parcel on "stop" until I pay their inflated price.
Unprofessional, non-transparent, and completely unmarketable conditions. Save your time and money—use any other company but this one.
