A person came out to repair it and it's still the same issue because me and my wife are both in wheelchairs we need the washing machine to be fixed because the local laundry isn't wheelchair access and it's been over 9 days now with out a washing machine and the person came out was a waste of space

I join them and paid for the top package to cover everything in my Home and paid is all up from as they told me I couldn't pay monthly.
I now have any electrical fault in my property with the upstairs lights.
And they won't fix it due to it not being a full failure in my property.

We had an issue with our central heating. The central heating wouldn't come on but we had hot water. Contacted smart cover who sent an engineer out the day after....all good. However, the engineer (didn't tell us) reported to smart cover that it would cost over £500 (cover limit) to fix and so smart sure wanted to condem it as it wasn't worth fixing. I understood this, However, I noticed that we now didn't have hot water at all. So, I checked the hot tap upstairs, it was hot water but not downstairs? Then I tried the boiler again, it came on and the central heating was working? There must be an intermittent fault somewhat certainly not condemned. I contacted smart cover and explained that there must be an intermittent fault but the hot water downstairs still doesn't come on. I was told that the boiler doesn't cover hot water only the central heating and as its working they wouldn't send an engineer out. I am now having to buy a new boiler as i might be chasing a fault that I have no idea how much I will cost.
They will do anything to get out of paying to see if it can be fixed rather than getting a second opinion on repair.
UPDATE.... The engineer contacted last night to say he could fix the boiler outside of Smart Cover if I wanted it fixing. I informed him that Smart Cover where refusing to go ahead as the cost was over £500. He sent me his quote which was for a PCB at £227.48, £150 labour and £75for the original call out. This is a total of £452.48. I had already paid them £60 excess fee to get them to send someone out. He couldn't understand why they had said this to me. Disgraceful and please don't use them.
David Williams was very professional with handling my enquiry, he explained what will happen and left me feeling satisfied with the outcome.
