Pretty bad, not only do they have a possible faulty system and aren't really good at managing the site I also lost $20 dollars trying to schedule a FaceTime visit with a family member because it said specifically I needed $2.85 or whatever in the prepaid account and when I click on it then it proceeds to tell me to deposit between $10 and $100 dollars, which is a jump from the $2.85 it was talking about recently. Worst site I've ever used.

Terrible service, agents cut you off middle of conversation. Do not trust, the activate process doesn't work so they just steal money

A Brand New Samsung s10 5G was advertised via one of the online shopping channels at an incredible price point. After some research I located the Merchant as Smart Communications, Leicester and called the mobile number given. I fully expected for it not to be answered but it was answered very promptly and courteously by the owner of the business who was not only very knowledgeable but also exceptionally helpful. After asking a few searching questions, he assured me that the phone was brand new, in its original packaging and fully sealed. He informed me, voluntarily, that it was already locked to another network but that it was supplied with an 'Unlock Code'. He told me that if I visited his shop, he would show me the sealed package and if I brought my SIM Card in, he would open the package in front of me and use the 'Unlock Code' and show me the phone registered to my Network. I took him up on that offer and he just couldn't have been more helpful. I've now got a fabulous brand new phone from an absolutely brilliant supplier that I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others. For some unexplained reason, Smart Communications Leicester Ltd appears not to have a great rating with Gumtree - I don't know how they produce their ratings but in my own personal experience, they are very wide of the mark. Smart Communications Leicester are an absolutely brilliant company that I can't rate highly enough - my customer experience was absolutely fantastic.
