I have tried looking at your website but its not working???

I have previously bought a baby bean bag for my grandson,I now have another on the way and wanted to gift my daughter one for her baby but I each time I go on the website it says website unavailable.I’d prefer to buy from here as I was very pleased with my previous buy

Ordered a bean bag chair for my daughters 1st birthday. Ordered it well in advance with it being personalised i wanted to give it enough time to arrive, i placed my order Thursday and it was here by 10am Saturday. Such a quick turn around & it was perfect. My little girl loves it & cries when we take her off of it. Would 100% recommend. Customer service is great too. 10/10, will definitely be ordering from here again!

Placed an order for a bean bag but decided I had space to fit a larger one, so I contacted the company to explain the situation and request my order be cancelled.

Without any hassle I received a courteous response, the order was cancelled and my money refunded.

So nice to receive that sort of customer service these days! :)

I bought the new XXL mustard bean bag, it is so soft and super comfy, I even bought two matching toddler chais for my twins. Absolutely love them, thank you Small World Baby. Will definitely be buying of the website again. The staff also seem very friendly and super responsive.

Great experience with this company. They were so helpful when I made a mistake with my address on my order, very quick response and sorted pretty much straight away for me. I purchased a personalised children’s bean bag chair from smallworld on Wednesday 16th February and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived two days later. The chair is lovely and the personalisation makes it extra special. Great price for a lovely item. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and would highly recommend their customer service.

I bought my son a baby bean bag chair. He loves it. I mean absolutely loves it. The fa t he had his name on it gives him that ownership feeling. Ordered and received within the 3 days. Great customer service. I did order something over back Friday too and that did take a bit longer but it’s understandable as everything is made to order. Thanks 🙏🏻

Purchased the XXL Bean Bag for my son as a Christmas present. Ordered before the deadline date for Christmas Delivery. However we didn't get this until nearly 3 weeks after Christmas! No proper explanation was provided. Emails were exchanged, but we had to chase this on numerous times! Whilst the bean bag is pretty good! I wouldn't recommend this company unless you allow plenty of time for the delivery.

The personalized bean bag chair is lovely, mouldable and easy to reshape, which is really good. Only reason I haven't given 5 Stars is because the delivery took longer than expected and we were told to contact the courier ourselves, which isn't usually how it's done (also maybe the couriers fault). Having said that, the communication via email was quick and really good. I would recommend this product. But allow extra time for delivery.

I was skeptic because of other reviews but I ordered the adults xxl beanbag in pink delivery was a week if that bearing in mind I ordered on 31st of December. I’m really pleased with it I’ve seen people moan about the beans being separate and having to fill the bag but my partner filled ours easy wasn’t really a problem at all. Compared to other sites the price was a bargain for the size
