SM PRINT Reviews 2

I came to use SM-Print via FilePrint who outsource their printing to SM-Print. My requirement was for colour booklet printing on A4 landscape format, with no folding or cutting. The first order was turned round in 4 days and the results were exactly what I wanted. My second, marginally larger order was in mid-October and thereafter nothing was heard. My email and phone call enquiries were not answered. After four weeks I managed to get through by phone and and my work was finally produced after nearly 7 weeks. Correspondence with SM Print suggests things are improved so I will try using them again.
