The pillow I ordered was too firm, and since they advertise a 60 night trial and hassle free returns i thought returning the product would be easy and simple. However, I have emailed them 3 times since they do not have a returns portal on the website which they say they do on the site and not had a response. i purchased through Klarna so I am in the midst of trying to handle the return through them but as yet the company have not interacted with Klarna either.
In response to Slumbar - I have not blocked your emails, i just double checked nor are they going to spam. You have successfully sent me other emails. check you are using the correct email address plus my emails to you have my phone number included so you can call me. If the emails are bouncing back you should get an error code in the bounce back message and your IT person should be able to fix it your end.

I ordered a knee pillow which did not arrive after a few weeks. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago and have not had a reply. Note the company sends emails out under the business name Coles Brothers which is confusing as not the same name as the website.
No phone number to contact in a different way.

I ordered two of these knee pillows, and although my son wants to keep his one, I have not found the one I ordered for myself useful so I wanted to send back under their 90 day payment terms. There is no phone number to contact them and I have sent three emails to them with no response. Their website says my email is wrong, so I can't email them, although they are sending emails to me using the same email! Very unyhappy.

My sleep has improved a lot since using the knee pillow also pain is not as bad

Lovely pillow, just the right height. I didn't give 5 stars as I find it a bit hard. I am hoping it softens with time?

Good company but sadly I didn't find the product comfortable to use at night

I’ve been using the knee pad for a couple of months now and I’ve just realised I’ve been getting a much better continuous nights sleep, waking up far far less times,I don’t know if it’s coincidence or not but I’ve no other explanation than the knee pad has made a great difference. Just bought one for my wife now.

The order was processed same day and came courtesy of Royal Mail next day rather than a courier which was great. The packaging was very good - no enormous box and easy to recycle.

Terrible service, item not suitable so returned as new. Still have not received a refund would never buy from this company again.
