My daughter already has the long sleeve version of this pyjamas and it is her favourite! She is delighted with this new short set. Perfect for the summer months. Excellent quality as always, wash well and maintain colour. Great customer service as usual.

No order and no reply
It has been more than a month and I have not received my order. Moreover, no one is replying my e-mails. In the end I managed to reach them by Facebook and it seems the parcel was with the local post.
I recovered my parcel and the products seem amazing. They are a bit bigger in size than expected, but the prints and the materials are gorgeous.

Hi Maria, we are sorry you chose to leave this review. We had actually spoken to you before you left it, plus we had emailed you last week and also spoken with you via social media on Easter weekend. Your parcel is being held with your local post office - it was too large for your mailbox!! We informed you of this and asked you to contact your sorting office for collection. We can not access local post office depots unfortunately once the parcel hits your local network only you can access it for collection.

Many thanks for your review, we are sorry that you chose to review shipping rather than our products. We have a really comprehensive shipping page that explains how we can offer free global shipping for orders but it means we use national mail services which are not as fast as couriers. We do offer the option to ship with courier if you want faster shipping but we can see you had standard delivery included for free. We love to be able to offer free global delivery which is almost unheard of with the cost of shipping these days, but it means that we have to hope our customers will be patient enough to wait for ground shipping. It’s been three weeks since your parcel dispatched which is the upper end for delivery from Ireland to Canada and of course it’s affected by weather and how fast your local shipping service is working.
We can not continue to offer free global delivery if people choose to not read the shipping guide and then leave us a bad review. This would be a real shame for everyone. Please do come back to us and leave a review on our products, we promise they are worth the wait. Also your parcel was shipped in a large holographic envelope, we ship in these because more often than not our parcels are too big for mail boxes and sadly postal workers seem to not always leave a note they have your delivery so when you need to ask them if you have a parcel being held, it’s very easy to spot!

I'm 5'8" and super skinny so the large pants are a bit big to where I have to pull them up constantly, but I wanted the top to be a bit long and that fits perfectly.
