Love the Vibe, Hope the Orders Catch Up ✨
Hey team, just to clarify, I love your gear and will most likely keep ordering (seriously, it’s awesome stuff). I just wanted to share my experience, hoping it helps you keep growing and improving 🌱
So here’s a quick recap, with love:
1. Order #145682 → All good! Perfect.
2. Order #145933 → One item was correct, the second one came in the wrong color. I tried to reach out twice (seems like your contact form had issues), so I had to go through PayPal. You handled it nicely and let me keep the wrong one while sending the right one — thanks! 🙌
3. Shipping round 3 (if we don’t count it as a separate order 😉) → Unfortunately, again the wrong color/model. Updating the PayPal case, but this time I had to return it at my cost… I gave up.
4. Order #155987 → One item was spot on, and this time the mistake worked in my favor, I got a bonus beanie I didn’t order (still not the color I was chasing, but hey, surprise gift 😄).
So yeah, maybe not 4 official orders, but definitely 4 shipping rounds with only one arriving as expected.
No hard feelings at all, just sharing my experience. I’m still vibing with what I’ve got, and I know mistakes happen. Keep doing your thing, I’m cheering you on ✌️

We gotta say though… 4 orders? That’s a beautiful illusion ✨ You actually placed two, and yes, we did mess up one. That’s on us — we’re not enlightened beings yet, just some humans trying to do cool stuff with good energy.
But hey, no hard vibes. Mistakes happen, like snowflakes in the wind — unique, unexpected, and sometimes landing in the wrong place.
