Dopo essermi iscritto, mi è stato detto che in 72 ore avrebbero verificato la documentazione inviata, e passato quasi 1 mese, ho comunque caricato il conto è iniziato a giocare, alla prima vincita ho provato a prelevare e non mi dava la possibilità di farlo, dopo aver contatto il servizio clienti mi è stato detto che i documenti non erano conformi e che avrei dovuto rimandarli altrimenti il mio conto no era attivo. ...ma come? Per caricare era ottimo per prelevare no?....ho richiesto la chiusura del mio account
