Update 01.11.2021 they put my 2nd withdrawal as my balance so I have to requested again as I did , hopefully will not take again 2 weeks to be proceeded.

Absolutely horrible experience.
So I made 2 separate withdrawals. They was released and I receive only 1 into my bank . My second withdrawals was not deposited into my bank and I contacted them true live chat to find out what’s going on . Yesterday the guy tell me it’s being slightly delayed my transaction and to contact them if I don’t receive the money till Friday whitch is today . I contact them and he ask me to proof that money are not being deposited into my account via bank statement I streight away send him the bank statement and he see only 1 transaction is being paid and he reply to me that he will pass this to the relevant team who will look up this for me.
I say ok and he say he can’t promise how long will that take .

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE CASINO !! I will not stop until I don’t get my money whitch I WIN .

Sloty is a fantastic casino but my most recent withdrawal experience was an absolute nightmare I was going backwards and forwards with the casino for two weeks trying to withdraw my winnings I won't go into details I still highly rate the casino but the most recent withdrawal experience cost it a five star review.

I requested a withdrawal on 11th september .25 works days ago . At first i was advised it would take up to 21 days although website and gambling commision advise normally up to 3 days. When i got to 21 days and had exceeded timescale i contacted live chat and email to be given the same excuses .please wait patiently. Customer service is like talking to robots and they end chat before you have resolved anything. They dont answer emails and i believe this is a total scam as so many people are waiting for there refunds. Can anyone advise how i can speak to someone to get my money off them as disgusting service . Quick enough processing deposits thou .. mr sloty has send me two responses now saying they carnt locate my account which is strange as im in contact with them by email and live chat every day for the past month. Well I've been intouch with ibas and my bank and both are unhappy w what they saying.ive done everything correct even sent old card new bank statements which show some payments made by them until it get above 100 pounds they stop n despite sending everything still hold my funds a case being opened with my bank and IBAS this was my enjoyment while being ill so hopefully il get a full claim back from all monies spent in last few months.

I waintimg for win 20 days and still is pending I will see when my win coming to me win date 18-9-21

I made a withdrawal 6 days ago was asked to verify account all done was excepted account was verified. Then was told 72 hours for withdrawal. Keep getting same excuses
You account is being processed and reviewed, I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company. Starting to believe it all fake. I get the same answers and yet can get me a time line to how long it takes bearing in mind I’ve kept all my online chats and some agents said allow 72 hours!
Really rather upset and disappointed. I will review my stars if withdrawal is successful!!!!

Update 30/9 after over two week I finally received all money, 2 payments where processed but the 3rd failed due to bank details being wrong!!!!! Bearing in mind I requested all at the same time! Then had to send screen shot of my bank statement to prove bank details to then be told it didn’t show deposit which it did!!! Honestly I’ve never had such a nightmare to get winnings!!!! I won’t be playing again because it shouldn’t be so hard to collect winnings. The customer service chat contradicts itself time and time again! Shocking

Watch Out!
Scam casino. They love taking your money, but do not want to withdraw any winnings, even after verification.

3 star for now, if I have problems with stalling the verification process like on casino joy this will go down to 1 star, if I get the cash promptly I'll change it to 5 star

Update: so it’s been 11 days now and still not withdrawal processed! Got told by live chat last night that it was meant to have been processed and for some reason didn’t get done and to contact again at 8am uk time the next morning. Well 8am this morning come so I contacted them to be told we’ve sent a message to the relevant department etc etc etc!! Same thing I’ve been told multiple times already yet still nothing done! Massive scam!!

Having seen your response the account has already been fully verified and a member of your team has spoken to me last week and told me the payment had already been sent for payment but never got processed!! Therefor this isn’t about carrying out check! It just needs to be actioned! I will be contacting the gaming commision and also updating all the gaming social media sites in a part off regarding this as it’s not acceptable!!

So after being told this morning that the withdrawal would be defo processed today low and behold it didn’t get processed!! Spoke to live chat and was told to contact yet again tomorrow!! My account already fully verified yet 2 weeks since making withdrawal and still no money paid out!!

Further update:
So yet again keep getting told bulls**t! Apparently the withdrawal was promised to be processed yesterday and never happened. Today it’s been sent to the higher department who apparently will process it ASAP!! Same excuses over and over! I will be taking legal action against this company as it’s theft!!

Wouldn't give them any stars, if it was an option. Worst casino ever. I won a good amount of money, but could not verify, either did they answer my emails. Took almost a month, and I spend and lost all of my winnings. It was so stressful and I couldn't handle it anymore. Stay away from this casino if you are smarter than me. I lost a lot of money here

Made 2 withdrawals 1st June (nearly 2 months ago!) sent off all my verifcation documents when requested.
Decided to self exclude so of course my account was now locked.
Have not seen a penny of either withdrawals, continously attempted to contact them with only the odd email claiming my case is with the relevant department now.
If anyone can check my user is Rfazza95, please can i get some sort of resolution and my funds released. It should never of taken this long to begin with.

So I have a pending withdrawal since Friday, it is now day 5 an nothing. I have emailed I have chatted to a robot an tryed to call but they don't do calls any more. They have had got my vervication an that went well. What gets me is that ewallet is ment immediate payment, 5 days an still nothing. The website has disappeared with my 734 winnings which I have been waiting since the 16th of June. They are joke they are quick to take deposit but delay in paying out despite saying fast payouts of 24-48 hours. Scam stay away. It’s the second scam they have done on my withdrawal
