Scamming people not paing winings then u have to stay in emails as chat advisors are unquallified

This casino is worst casino and if you make deposit then win something you dont get your wining money. 4 weeks ago i win 300 euro i send all documents they aprove ,then i try withdraw but they always have some reasons not to pay, my swift code is wrong my bank name wrong always found some commplaints.Guys dont waste your time in this casino they will found how to cheat you .Very bad casino

Have been trying to get a withdrawal for weeks now. Have sent documents with all the info. they ask for in verification section of terms yet still they ask for more. I dont know what more they can possibly need! Support is worst i have ever seen, do not respond to emails and 'live' chat is a joke. Started a chat and waited a week for an answer then nothing again for ten days. My next move is to contact gambling commission as i am wondering if this site is actually legit. Shame because they have good range of games that have decent play. AVOID.

After a very lengthy verification it finally got sorted and i was paid my money. Because of all the agro i have only given 3 stars otherwise i would have given this casino 5 stars.

I requested a withdrawal for 1200 Pounds which never turned up in my bank. This has never happened to me with any other company I have dealt with. Slotsmagic claim that the money was sent, provided me with an ARN number and told me to contact my bank to see if they could trace the payment. My bank confirmed that the funds have never arrived and told me it was slotsMagic's responsibility to contact their bank. SlotsMagic have now requested that I get a written confirmation from my bank that they have not received the funds. They have also asked to see the last 4 weeks of my bank statements. Customer Service seem to be quite attentive but I have been told that there is a lot more that they could have / should have done at their end to trace this payment without inconveniencing me further. I am not sure whether this is correct or not. I will update as to whether I ever see my money and if I am forced to take legal action in order to recover it.
