I deposited 5,000 pesos and when i checked to their customer service online support about my deposit they told me that they never received this amount of money i deposited into their account.i was shocked and devastated because that money was supposedly my budget for my food gor the whole week.i reached out to gcash about this and they confirmed it to me that the transaction to the said amount was successful.gcash cant refund this money because this was against on their rules.the merchant who i deposited the money has the right now about this money whether he will refund to me or not.until now i dont have my refund so my advise to all players who are reading this review please be aware of this online casino.i am 100% sure that they are scammers!

Withdrawal delayed- chat dropped
I requested a ₱20,000 withdrawal on July 16, and after 4+ hours of waiting, I contacted support. Despite being fully verified and having a previous withdrawal completed, I received only copy-paste responses and no timeline.
When I asked for escalation, they closed the chat without resolving anything.
This behavior is unacceptable. I’ve now filed complaints with PAGCOR, Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and will continue to update this post based on how they respond.
