I have been emailing for over a week now to get my account closed. Account is still open and no response to my emails. Do not play here

They actually released the funds to my account and then reversed the payment and said “the bank didn’t accept it” which wasn’t the case they reversed it.
Have sent 5 emails since and had no response! Appalling
Still haven’t recieved my withdrawal 3 months later.

They closed my account and took all the winnings and withdrawal.

Sent all the identity verification documents requested and they said are not approved.

DONT NOT PLAY HERE !!! I deposited 30 and managed to win 500 and I wagered it so I withdrew 500 however it got cancelled cos you need to deposit at least 200 to withdraw 500 ! The minimum withdrawal is 250 but u have to have deposit 100 to withdraw that so basically it’s a scam ! Also it takes up to 15 days to receive your withdrawal but this site is a sister to betfoxx which I didn’t know at first and I also had lots of problems to too ! PLEASE don’t play here or betfoxx , I’ve got 500 on my balance I can’t withdraw! Total scammers

One star is not low enough disgraceful company. Trying to help someone self exclude and after 5 emails no response. Minimum withdrawal is £250 absolutely disgraceful.

Went on through their promotions page link. £20 minimum. No free spins even though I went through their promotion link and read the T@C. Online chatbot too slow so you give up. Email unanswered. MINIMUM WITHDRAWL £250. I have never seen a minimum that high so even if you did get the bonus as promised, by the time you wager you have no chance. You can't withdraw the money you put in so I just blew it to get rid of the ***** . Good if you are that rich you are throwing away 20 notes - then go here.
