They stole money from my credit card and decided to keep it after I called them out on it. It's not the first time they overcharged for the coin packages and then act like it didn't happen but PayPal and bank charges don't lie.

I won a free wild card but didn't get it. Reported to them. They said they are investigating it and will fix problem because it was a company error. Been waiting 4 weeks to get it resolved. I keep asking it to be given every 2 - 3 days but keep being told THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT BUT WON'T GIVE THE FREE CARD! I have played Slotomania for about 13 years. I'm at a high level and VIP status but rarely win. After talking to other Facebook friends who are close to my level and who play, they have trillions or quadrillions of coins. I can never get above 15T and I bet high. I purchase frequently and nothing ever changes. This game to them is not about us winning big jackpots, but seeing how many purchasers they can get. Before you get to the games, they throw up about 10 boxes trying to entice you to purchase different things. It's quite annoying.
The higher you go in level the more they're coin packages are, so it's no big deal leveling up. It's like being punished for leveling up and I told them so. My advice to anyone playing this game is to uninstall immediately. I quit purchasing and just collect coin gifts from friends now. I can take my real money and go to a real casino and hopefully win real money.

They have based their charges on dollars and till recently if I would have purchased something for $1.99 I would have been charged £1.78 as I live in England however from 23 of February every purchase I have been making even though still in dollars and advertised they charge me exactly the same amount in pounds . Made a complaint to them they drifted me to apple after extensive time wasting and investigation the said it is slotmania’s responsibility. Long term and grandfathered (2010 players) players can no longer play at all with out spending money. We've been priced out as well with coin packages raising in price every time you buy one. I just saw someone's coin package cost $1500. My highest was $900. If you don't spend? You don't get to participate in anything, you don't get to level up, you can't complete your album, you don't get to enjoy free coins because you simply cannot do anything. This is FORCED spending and their most loyal players are being hit the worst because we don't spend anymore.

What has happened to this game we once enjoyed playing. All websites and games from time to time have problems and errors BUT customer service generally rectify and fix a problem when a valued customer complains. I have been playing this game since 2011 and back in those days you went to customer service they not only fixed the problem they sent us away with a treat or a prize for being inconvenienced. Now you go to customer service and they are rude to the point that they blame us the customer for the problem and to the point of calling us a liar.they shove all these screens shots at you to say this is proof we are wrong and in actual fact the proof they show does not even match your actual complaint. This company deserves to go under I don’t know what happened for it to change so dramatically over all these years but they do not deserve the patronage of any customer. I’m done

Player since 2012. This game is absolute TRASH now. I am officially done with this cash grab game. Don't know what happened, but slotomania has become my most loathed game. No payouts, no bonus', no free spins and when you do get them, sometimes you'll get 1/4 of what you're betting back. Ex: bet 1.5 billion, win 8-10 spins and u win 600k total. What a joke.
