I tried Slotomania on a whim. It was fun, and addictive for the first couple of days, but it didn't last. I had no intention of making any "in game" purchases to begin with, so by the 4th day my "winnings" went from in the Trillions of "dollars" to relying on "Your Daily Treat" to get by. This is how they get their customers hooked....Just like an average dope dealer..."Give them a sample, and rake in the cash once they're hooked"...

It's very unscrupulous, and deceptive. Take the "Shiny Show" for example, if you have enough "Gems" you can make it through all 15 acts, but once they see you're not making any in game purchases your gems run low, and the annoying shark eats all of your prizes.

I agree with other reviewers that theses types of games need much regulation. I'd rather pay a fixed price for a game upfront, (like video games) than to play a so-called "free game" that's dishonest from the get-go. I don't even believe the slots are "random" like you'd find in a casino, but they are purposely rigged using some sort of algorithm.
Although my warning will fall on deaf ears, I implore you to steer clear of this deceitful, and rigged game. I know many, many good people are throwing away hard earned dollars on a game that can't be won, and are beyond listening to reason, but that's what the creators of the game were counting on!!!

Just one day I open it and it has started me over. I did try and link with Facebook, so that might be why. I logged off of Facebook but it stayed on level one. Everything I try doesn’t work. Crazy game. And I was on level 1100 and something!

Imagine a brick and mortar casino charging a guest who has a day of good luck on slots to pay more per spin to use the slots. Imagine a brick and mortar casino expecting VIP loyalty program members to pay more for every purchase in the casino than non-VIP.

Until social gaming is regulated, companies like Playtika will continue to do everything to optimize their profits. Fairness to Slotomania players is not a consideration. Their game design is a study in cheating customers whilst building loyalty among them. They have succeeded in establishing a social media group on Facebook that provides a sense of community among players. At the same time, they have “administrators” on the Facebook site who are trained to respond by carefully crafted Playtika “party lines,” and a customer service staff that are equally schooled in ways to reassure every complainer that their negative or puzzling experience in game is due to their (customer) error.

Slotomania game content is enjoyable and entertaining. Their egregious manipulation of each account is a major disincentive. Slotomania is a perfect example of why social games need regulation.

Have been asking support team to explain why UK players when making in app purchases are being overcharged. Slotomania are not converting the cost from dollars to pounds using currency converter they just charge you in pounds what they stated was dollars. EG 4.99 dollars becomes a £4.99. The support team just claim that it is taxes and will not escalate the case to developers. UK players are paying over 7 dollars for a purchase slotomania state is 4.99 dollars. UK players are being overcharged.

The game has been fun so far but get tired of being pushed to make purchases so often.

The games are built in a manner that if you play them long enough, you will eventually lose all your winnings. I was playing he Straight Bullseye game. The amount showing for coin grab was not not what they paid out. I should have received over 1,250,000,000,000 but got only about 111,540,000,000. They said the wrong amounts were showing and that I received the real amount. I kept the screen shots. The offered me 5,000,000,000 for my troubles. They are a total rip off and liars.

Don't waste your time, data or money on this. Was an excellent game until the Chinese got involved but now everything revolves around making games, dashes and albums near impossible to win/complete unless you're prepared to spend big on buying wild cards etc. Played slotomania for a number of years, was on level 19072 platinum but after being asked to bet 630 billion to complete 3 levels for one dash to find the reward for completion of the dash was 6.4 billion I reckoned enough was enough and had slotomania removed from my system. No stars would be too much as a rating.
