SCAM

Fast withdrawals are plus, big game library as well. Many deposit options.

Only minus they have for me is they finally announced tournaments, i was waiting forever for that feature and when Live Games tournament started they canceled it.

Update. After second win they blocked my account and confiscated funds

Unfortunately was operating illegally in the UK and not part of Gamstop. Using various payment processors and merchant ID’s to bypass any gambling blocks users may have on there banks and use incorrect MCC codes. Don’t reply to emails any more. Failed at KYC, unfortunately all this only came to light after substantial deposits. All stated off ok as well. Was asked for proof of wealth etc, sent lots of documents but none accepted.

They started off so good

They started off so good, was having fun withdrawals came within 24hrs then on 2nd July informing recieved the following email

"Hello,
We are contacting you from Slotit.The information provided in your account has identified you as a resident of the United Kingdom and that is in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
With that in mind, we have taken measures in closing your account with us.
In order to refund any net losses accrued we would need the following:
A bank statement in PDF format showing the account you wish to send the funds to, with your name, address, IBAN and BIC/Swift visible
Photos of the front and back of your ID document.
A selfie with the chosen ID document
The IBAN written down in the body of the email reply.
Your understanding is appreciated.

I have sent everything they asked for, to make it easier I had already worked out deposits & withdrawals & the remaining Net loses.

4 weeks later and over 20 emails back & forth with the same nonsense " ITS STILL BEING WORKED ON" I dont believe a word of it now, slotit has no intention to refund me as promised. Therefore my previous review of 5 stars goes down to one. If I could give zero stars I would.

Why make a promise to refund then dont, this is not acceptable & I urge anyone who plans to join this company think hard about it first, they may just fob you off too & treat you as a fool.

I'm now looking into seeing if I have a legal standing to take this further, especially as I have all the receipts & correspondences...

not best choise

At this moment can not say something about withdraws (No winnings to withdraws), but seems bad that casino wrote about a lot of promotions, which do not work. Also do not received weekly cashback.

You will lose everything!!!!!

If you want to lose your house, your car, maybe your family? Sign up to the site. The good reviews on here are not legit reviews. Possibly employees. The site uses a pseudorandom number generator. If you dont know what that is then Google it or see what it is on YouTube. All I can say is the outcome can be controlled. They will give out a win at some point but you will never be in profit over the casino. After a win is paid out it then takes 4, 5 times more back than it has paid out hence why you will never be in profit. Its almost like they're loaning you money with a mobster type interest rate. Its very very fraudulent and I would stay well clear.

Sisters casinos are far better than this one.

I've been waiting for my withdrawals for almost a week now. On their website stated withdrawal will be processed within 24 hour. I contacted them via live chat but I only got generic answers that didn't help the issue at all.
After a few days I contacted them again because they still have not process my withdrawal. This time they said they just cleared my deposit transactions and the withdrawal will be processed soon.
To be honest I don't think they'll process my withdrawal anytime soon. This sounds to me as a delaying tactic in the hope you'll cancel your withdrawal.
I always wait for casinos to process my withdrawals before making another deposit, that is if they're worth it. I played at the sisters casinos and they all processed my withdrawal within 24 hour. Only this one refused to do so. I wonder why?

Those 5 stars reviews are more likely fake and probably written by themselves. So generic messages.

*Update*

After reaching to them via email today (2 days later). They finally processed my withdrawal and it has reached my account today. I'm still not happy with their withdrawal time frame but they do pay.

This site’s alright—not bad

This site’s alright—not bad, not amazing. I liked Sugar Rush 1000 and had a good time with Big Bass Splash. But the sports section didn’t do it for me—too few options for smaller leagues. Cashback took the edge off my losing streak, but mobile performance lagged now and then. Just needs a little refining.

There’s a lot going for this platform

There’s a lot going for this platform, especially the live tables. Playing Roulette Azure felt like being at a high-end Vegas lounge—dealers were slick, stream was smooth. Tried my luck on Buffalo King Megaways too—wild ride! Wish the FAQ had more depth; had to ping support for a bonus query (they were quick though). Daily cashback’s a sweet deal too.

Scam

have played online casino for over 20 years. have never experienced worse support. a deposit is missing of 100 euros. was deducted from account 14 days ago. support asks me to send in the same documents over and over. and over. and over. this is the absolute worst online casino when it comes to winnings, support and game offers. frivolous treatment.

I wanted to check out what the fuss was about with the daily cashback feature. While I did appreciate getting a small chunk of my losses back, navigating through the scratch cards was a bit confusing for me at first. The games themselves were entertaining, though, so I'll consider giving it another try later.

Verry sad. because the deposit & withdrawl used to work great and fast. But now it took the money from my bank.. and balance is not added.
sended 2/3 mails, no reply's in more than A week time,

Scam site

I played here for 4 days. I managed to win and got some money back paid to my account and since then I have played and every is a loss.

I also paid £50 for a bonus feature spin and the game just froze and this game can’t be played on this horrible site.

I tried contacting them by email three times and I haven’t received not even one email back regarding this.

I’m owed money and no one here cares. I tried speaking to them on live chat and I found myself waiting more than 30 minutes with no one entering live chat to speak.

I’m surprised I got money paid to me but this is 100% a scam site with no cut service whatsoever.

I am leaving this review to warn others not to bother playing here as their slot games freeze and your money is frozen in their scam system and you get robbed.

How can I pay £50 for a bonus round and the bonus round don’t work neither does the slot itself and you send multiple emails and no one responds. You join live chat and no one is there.

Are these gambling licenses just randomly given any one a license now and it’s ok for these scam companies to get away with it.

It’s a joke. It’s horrible to be robbed this way.
