Sloth arrived
Sloth arrived, a little more then the stated 4 days, but that was ok. The sloth is lovely, exactly what I was expecting. Soft, plush and very suitable (its a gift for someone). However I ordered 2 keyrings as and only 1 was in the box. I have emailed and am expecting that this will be resolved easily - fingers crossed.

Thank you for your order and I'm sorry to read of your negative experience and I do understand your frustration.
We have been working together to resolve this via email, as you stated you work night shifts and informed me the parcel had been left outside for a few days. Although we can't be responsible for what happens once delivery is made, we have still sent out a new replacement but I have not heard from you since, I'm hoping that has been received but please do let me know if it hasn't.

The sloth is gorgeous too and has been named gruff after the super furry animals!! Seriously though what an amazing idea and such beautiful products!! Hi Ruth, can confirm we worked together on this and although there was a delay with Royal Mail thankfully they delivered on the day. I do understand the initial frustration has caused the negative review which is fair enough.
