Worst service. I called them and he said 30 euro was non obligatory visit. The person comes, checks and says you have to pay 50 euro since I travelled to your location....I had very clearly asked about the charges and then this! Absolute crappy experience, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I called and asked for someone to help open my bike as I lost my keys. They said 19 euros on the phone and site. A guy arrives and wanted to charge 190 euros and 30 for him to come. I said this is more than my bike costs and call out cost was too high as I was central city. He slashed my bike tyre because I did not wish to pay this. Very dodgy, dishonest and disgusting service.
