Last summer holiday in Amsterdam we bought two Slokky bottles for our children. These are working well and up to now there are virtually no signs of use, amazing! Thats why we bought one further bottle in the online shop from Slokky a few weeks ago that reached us very few days later.
A few weeks ago one of our bottles showed issues with the insulation. There is obviously no damage to be seen internal nor outside of the bottle, why I contacted Slokky. There was no discussion to solve together this inconvinience. Thats what I call "expected great customer success experience". Thanks to the Slokky team and I wish you all the best on your journey.

I received a Slokky bottle as a gift. I didn’t want to offend the person who gave it to me, so I emailed Slokky directly to ask if they’d exchange it for a color I like. Roderick (Slokky) was very quick to respond and offered an exchange, and within a day, I was able to ship mine back and he sent the new one right away. This is customer service!
I haven’t used the bottle yet but it looks like it’s great quality.
