Terrible Customer Service - scam on returns
Agree with every complaint about horrible customer service. They intentionally over estimate the amount of product so they can make more money by scamming on returns. Used the product in an indoor sports facility.

It works as advertised. Easy application
SlipDoctors made the purchase of their products easy. They were swift in getting it shipped out, and the 2 gallon containers were packaged securely.
The product itself was great. It did what it was supposed to do, application was a breeze. Cleanup was a breeze, and the concrete ramp we applied it to is no longer slick when wet. The senior citizens are sure happy about that!

Seems like a very good coating to use
Seems like a very good coating to use. I found the roller inadequate for getting a uniform coating put down on the concrete surafce. I used a large brush and got in a good arm work out brushing it into the surface. I ended up using 2 cans to get one coating down on my steps and 2 slab sections.
