Their scam artists!!! They are just resellers of products & they know nothing about the products they sell. Half of the products they sell are defective. You end up being frustrated and angry if you order from them! Waste of time & money! Beware

I am not sure why my review was removed, but I must rewrite this, so I will post this on other sites. I ordered a part in February and it was lost by USPS. They told me I would get a refund within 24-48 hours and I called again and they told me it would take a month. They would not follow up with USPS. I finally got the part and sent it back to them and in May I still don’t have a refund. I am glad it was only a $60 part. It is there responsibility to ensure o get the part and deal with the shipper. Poor Customer Service.

Update: After writing this review, I have received my refund and a no excuse apology.

It seems like every time I make a purchase there’s a problem with a item I purchased. And I’m very disappointed because I’m spending my hard earned money on junk. Well at least that’s how I feel. And they also told me to buy a item that was not needed at all just so I can send more money and I don’t appreciate it.

I just love slingmods....the guys are all very professional,& polite , not to mention they always return my phone calls. I've been dealing with them since 2019 and they have never disappointed me. Hats off to Chris, Cameron, Brandon, & Carlos just to name a few. Keep up the good work!

I have been a Slingmods customer since I got my 2019 Ryker. Slingmods offers the latest and highest quality aftermarket parts available. They also provide many "how to" videos for mechanically challenged people like me. Parts are always received quickly and in good shape. I couldn't be happier.

Worst support in US history. Bought parts which I haven‘t received. Support does not care. Don‘t buy at slingmods.com

Placed an order weeks ago. Still no shipping update. Now have another order placed for "In Stock" items, and it's still just "processed" 7 days later........

They have delivered over my expectations. One of the few online companies that deliver on time and as described.

Bought products for ~100 dollars which entitled me to free shipping according the site. A day later, when I already payed for the products, they told me that shipping would be 56 dollars extra.

I have been purchasing from slingshot accessory sites for quite some time. While some of them are adequate, the other sites cannot hold a candle to the service, quality, variety, install videos and especially customer service. I can send an email asking a question, or for clarification or even with an issue and I am guaranteed to have a solution within 24 hours. Often times the same day. One representative, Luis S., has exemplified the value of actual, quantifiable customer service in a way that very few people ever have. I personally run my own business and I would hire Luis in a second. Having access to a company like slingmods.com has made owning a slingshot a pleasure and well worth it. Thank you Luis S. 5 stars is not nearly enough I would give 10 times that. I cannot imagine a legitimate customer that has approached slingmods with any issue or question ever having a reason to give less than 5 stars. I am not being paid for this review, I rarely leave reviews but when it is deserved I gladly will do so.

They sell shorty equipment and do not stand behind it. They will tell you”that’s how it is”. I purchased the 4 channel kicker amp upgrade for the newer slingshot and they have it designed to only power two channels. They know t won’t work right and they still sell it to you and have you buy extra speakers. Complete waste of money. Buy from them with caution. You can purchase most of the same stuff on anazon for cheaper if you have the knowledge to wire it. I purchased halos for $12 and they sell them for $100 website is a complete waste! And their support will not help. Good luck!

These guys have been bringing quality aftermarket pieces and the best customer service from the start! They were the first to bring better seats, steering wheels, air intake, shift knobs etc...You don’t find their type of customer service everyday. They were the first to embrace the Slingshot and are constantly looking for new top quality mods to bring to the market! You can’t look at my Sling and not see something I have bought from Slingmods! When I am looking, Slingmods is the 1st place I go!

This last year I worked with Luis he was professional and very helpful I would recommend slingmods to any and all. I can't wait to order more of their quality products .again I recommend asking for Luis as he did such a great job although they all helped me great service and fantastic products. ..tnx your canadian friend.......miles

Don't do business with these liars. Over 90% of the items they offer can be bought from ebay or amazon for a much cheaper price. For example, the halo angel eyes can be bought for 20 dollars on ebay. Talk about a ripoff!!!

This was a good company to deal with. UNTILL I had an issue. I ordered a part from them over 2 months ago. Tracking shows it was delivered 11/27/17 (It's now 1/10/18 by the way). They have refused to resolve the issue. I have not received a replacement item, or a refund. The only good part about their customer service is, well,, guess there's not anything good.

So,at this point and time, I feel compelled to share my experience. Being a new slingshot owner, I was pumped to go to town on customizing my new ride. I ordered a 1320 header and exhaust combo from another company as well as a cold air intake, which were a breeze to install. This site was recommended to me through a slingshot owners page on facebook, so I thought I'd give them a try and I ordered the 2nd generation SSV works pods and SSV works speakers. I got the pods in the mail like 3 days later, then patiently waited for the speakers.... It was quiet for the next 5 days....no speakers, no calls or emails from Slingmods.com. On day 5, I email them and was like hey, whats going on..... I got a call from a guy named Chris the next day and he said "oh, they were out of stock, or back ordered, I'll upgrade you to the kickers free of charge which was a $5 difference in price. (That should have been a big red flag, normally when you are out of something, you tell the customer that and put out the fire before it starts). I was like, ok, cool, thanks Chris. I got the speakers in 4 days later. This morning, I remove and disconnected my old pods and then go inside and start mounting all the brackets. On the last bracket, the holes were not threaded, so an hour later, I cant even use these pods. I'm now on 2 weeks trying to get these things right, and now I'm sure I'm going to waste more time, disassembling them, repacking them and sending them back because they cant be used. This was my 1st and only transaction with this company. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with this and i have done engine rebuilds that have been a smoother process than doing this armature 2 speaker install. Now I'm Off to tap out 1/4" x 28 on this pod. It's not that big of a deal, but if you are someone who doesn't do this kind of stuff on the regular, I'd look elsewhere.

When your buying anything you want to know that it is backed by the best people in the industry. These guys go beyond to make sure your happy . They are informative, helpful and just great people!
