nothing but a waste of my time and money I went up 5-6 kilos I've done everything I was supposed to do I paid for three months after the first two weeks I had no difference I called my contact he said don't worry it will take time well actually when reading before I ordered it was talking about noticing in the first week so bull there,I've been ringing my contact about this maybe a dozen times he said the company will contact me they sent out at least three emails to me my contact said I searched everywhere on my emails junk spam etc but nothing then I gave another different email yahoo this time and again still no email then he said he will get them to ring me today and of course, they did not they are a disgrace the way they treat me no respect for customer and also today my contact doesn't answer I was expecting this, all I want is my money back from a waste of time on a useless product
