subpar customer support
I placed an order and after a few weeks, received the wrong item. I contacted customer support who was very helpful (at first). They said they could refund or resend the correct item. I chose to have the correct item resent. After a couple weeks, I reached out for an update with no reply. I reached out again after a few days with no reply. I advised I would need to dispute the charge if no reply or resolution and still no reply.
