Moon shave soap
Bought some wonderful Moon ‘Old School’ tallow shave soap. Produces great lather and has a subtle fragrance. Love the old style graphics of the tub it comes in. Didn’t take long to arrive. I would recommend giving Slickboys a try, if you’re looking for great shaving products.

Firstly, thank you for the review. It's great to hear that you're pleased with the products which you've purchased.
I'm very sorry however that Royal Mail have let been letting us down with their delivery times. All Tracked 48 parcels should be delivered in 2-3 working days, I would just say to be mindful of this if ordering on a Thursday or Friday as it's very likely the delivery date will be pushed into the following week.
If you ever find yourself ordering in future and time is of the essence, I would definitely recommend using the Tracked 24 service which, whilst not guaranteed, is almost always delivered next day, including on weekends.
I have refunded the delivery charge on your latest order as a token of my apology and I hope this explanation will help when placing future orders!

I'm very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. I can see that it was dispatched on 24th September via Royal Mail Tracked post to Israel. We do advise that this service usually takes between 7-14 days to arrive which would mean it is not due until next week. Judging by the tracking it does appear to be on its way but I can only apologise if the deadline of 8th October is not met.
As a result of the current situation in Israel Royal Mail are experiencing delays with many flight cancellations which would usually carry international mail. This is a fluid situation and is subject to change at short notice but the current advice is that all items being sent to Israel are subject to delay.
Again, please accept my sincerest apologies in advance if this is not delivered in the allotted time and I hope this explanation can offer some insight into any potential delays.
