I placed an order for Bogue MEM, and to my surprise it arrived the very next day, immaculately packed, with a handmade sample of Bogue OE tucked inside. I’d never even heard of OE before, so I emailed to ask what it was. Despite it being after 6pm, Finn replied within 10–15 minutes, giving me the story behind the scent. Not only that — he also offered me a 10% thank-you discount.
Naturally, I ordered OE straight away… and again, it arrived the very next morning.
Since then, I’ve exchanged a few emails with Finn, and I have to say: his customer service is exceptional. Friendly, professional, and completely personal — no generic responses, no templates, just genuine tailored warmth. It feels a bit like getting a proper client-focused shave from an old-school barber who takes pride in the details.
Sickboys has now become my favourite destination for niche fragrances. Their selection is brilliant, their service unmatched, and the whole experience feels crafted rather than automated. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough
