Fine. Excellent

I had an amazing experience with Tobi! He helped me quickly, spot on my issue and politely! Really I hope there are more people like Tobi! 5 star service! I am nee to the app itself but so far I rang it 5 star as well!

My eSIM wasn't working properly. I found an email address and a very helpful and patient chap called Benji helped sort the problem.

Tobi was bang and went above and beyond. He waited patiently whilst I was carrying out checks and then called me afterwards to ensure that the line was not connected and operating as it should do, post a new eSIM. Thank goodness for eSIM and being able to change it immediately rather than waiting days for the post!

Really good service that is great abroad as it is at home. I’m in an EE low signal zone but have another sim with 5G coverage, so I use both. Haven’t needed to use customer service but I’m sure they are fine. I like the building up of cash back and all the other features offered as part of the service offered!

Been with Slice over a year now. Service has always been exemplary, rewards for customer retention excellent and using EE as a backbone provides great coverage when travelling around the UK.

Decent MVNO. I switch network semi frequently to find the best price so I've been on every network going. I thought I'd try slice mobile ad they use the EE network (which is the best in the uk for coverage).

Going to EE directly is way too expensive so this is the next best thing.

Service has been really good since I signed up. Really simple to use, nice app, and decent price. There was a bit of a problem with changing payment type via the app but I just messaged them and they got back to me straight away and sorted it. Then I noticed an app update a few days later with a bug fix so can't complain about them not being quick!

I think slice is a good affordable network good signal and fast internet i have had no problems with network i would recommend to others and the esim quick and simple to install

A great value network. All the standard services and speeds of EE. They don’t have visual voicemail or WiFi calling yet otherwise it would have got 5*’s. Customer service is awesome and very prompt. Highly recommended
