Let me begin by saying keeping me up on my order statics on how long it is from start to finish. Also I am handicapped I also can not talk, the user-friendly app made it easy for me to order what I want. Prices and quality are very good. Would highly recommend.

I had a wrong order picked up and delivered. When I brought it to the company's attention, they were quick and direct to fix the issue. I wasn't questioned, the mistake was just corrected. very happy with the customer service

We placed an order to be picked up. They kept letting us know via email about what time our order would be ready. I got there a little early and had a very nice conversation with Sal himself. He was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. The food was great!!

Delicious pizza delivered fast and still piping hot. Extremely pleased with every aspect of this, from ordering to delivery to eating the pizza itself. Extremely well done

Never had a problem with the app until tonight. Ordered around 5:30 they kept confirming it would be delivered around 6 then got a text at 5:58 saying another 10 minutes only to wait until 6:30 then 6:45 so said f it and went and got Panda Express. Got home at 7:30 still no pizza. No more using the app and we’re just going to call the pizza place from no on like back in the day.
Update. Did get a refund for the full amount but that doesn’t make up for having to deal with a hangry family!!!!

The food was $160 dollars and took over two hours hours to get here when we only got two pizzas and 3 salads. Horrible experience.

Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. In. My. LIFE! And I've had a lot of pizza.
Plus, the delivery was so fast and smooth, the pizza was still piping hot!

I made a mistake and ordered a pepperoni pizza only problem I don’t eat pork. Slice was so kind to contact the pizza shop and reorder me a plain cheese pizza. It was 100% my mistake and they corrected the problem for me. I appreciate you

I've always had great service. Never one time out of the dozens of times have I had a bad experience. Allways arriving ahead of the expected arrival time. People are allways nice and willing to come to my door on the 4 the floor because I'm disabled is a godsend. It really helps me a lot. I just wish there was more rewards for ordering or maybe coupons of some kind. I order quite a bit and is always over $35 up to $145. 3-4 times monthly. The only offer I have seen is order 510 times and get a free cheese pizza. But unfortunately is that it's not free due to having to pay for delivery fees. Which was a bit of a bummer. Other then that all is great and keep up the great work! 10/10

Dealing with this company was horrible. We placed a delivery and there was no notification that the restaurant was closed. Instead, they took our order and scheduled it to be delivered the next day, which was only non our email receipt.They refused to let us cancel, saying I scheduled that time, but I never did. I tried to explain this and the company extremely unhelpful on the phone. I disputed with my bank and received the refund.

The food was excellent all 4 times we have been there

I use the Slice app regularly to order ahead of time. Our go-to pizza place regularly gets our order correct. Today is the first time it was incorrect. It only took me a few seconds to report the issue using the chat option. It was nice that there was no guessing where to report it. The app is extremely helpful.

I enjoy using the app but the biggest issue is the tracking is not nearly accurate enough.

Horrible sent my pizza order to a place no wear near my house. Paid 40 bucks for nothing and then could t deliver it since I said pick up once I found out it wasn’t at the pizza place by my house. Horrible app and service

The quality of food is extremely hard too find, l have tried recommended/popular places and it's not even fair they charge the typical large amount of money for food+ delivery, even if l spend a large amount it's worth it b/c the quality is worth it, it's important too be satisfied esp. that you are spending a lot on a restaurant and delivery, l do feel the ingredients quality are not questionable or chemical like which makes me want to buy from here....along with the taste trying popular well reviewed places the food wasn't even fair to say it was good one day l found Joey NY and was relieved l found a place l could trust, l always feel safe taking delivery from here....
