Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We recently purchased two double ottomans and one headboard, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
From the moment we walked into the shop, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — no pressure, just great advice to help us choose exactly what we needed.
The quality of the ottomans and headboard is exceptional. They’re beautifully made, sturdy, and finished to a very high standard. The storage space in the ottomans is fantastic, and the headboard has completely transformed the look of our bedroom.
Delivery was smooth and professional, and everything arrived exactly as promised.
It’s so refreshing to receive this level of customer service and craftsmanship from a local business. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future!

I bought a mattress from Sleepy Hollow in Chorley yesterday and the whole experience was genuinely lovely. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk or hard sell at any point, which made such a refreshing change. I was given space to look around, ask questions at my own pace, and make a decision without feeling rushed or pressured.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and the buying process itself felt calm and straightforward. It was one of those rare retail experiences where you leave feeling confident and comfortable with your purchase rather than second-guessing it. I’d happily recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone looking for a new mattress and a pleasant, stress-free experience.

We were let down by Dusk Ltd online , delivery never arrived. Called in here and immediately got excellent customer service from Andrew who fixed us up with a perfect mattress for my son that we could take away with us. All price ranges on offer..showroomhas great selection. Only wished I had known about them sooner ! So rare these days to be able to go to a showroom that's not a chain, get personal customer service and be able to speak to people who actually have knowledge about what they are selling. Will definitely be returning.

Used sleepy hollow for years, Recently moved house on the 14th,Liam and Steve are the best in the industry by a mile in terms of service and accomodating requests. Managed to get main bed frame delivered and built on the day of recent house move with only a weeks notice, adding on our bed to a final drop late on the friday to ensure we didnt go without.
Would not recommend anybody else, great chaps, great quality at amazing value. Thanks to the team including driver for great service 👍

This is the most reliable and trust worthy company I have ever dealt with. The staff are very helpful and when my furniture was delivered the men had an awful job to get the wardrobes in, nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service and best value ever.

Had a great experience with Steve. Me and my partner came in on a morning and Steve was visibly busy but took his time to ask what we are looking for and showed us too what he thought suited us best. Very friendly and kind service, he helped us make well informed choices and we left with our order made & peace of mind!

Exceptionally poor service from the team at Sleepy Hollow, unfortunately. I ordered a mattress (the same as in a friends house) that turned out to be faulty, caused my partner and I back problems and was unusable. After asking for a refund via email and phone several times, they eventually started ignoring me. Avoid ordering online with them, as they are no help if something goes wrong.
