I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience training with 'The Sleep Nanny.' I have found the course informative and very supportive. The written exam really helps consolidate your knowledge and provided me with confidence to carry out my probono cases. The live tutorials are invaluable as are the probono cases. I would highly recommend this course to other people.

I am so happy I made the decision to enroll with The Sleep Nanny. I found the course incredibly beneficial and I received all the support needed. The team is amazing and they have clarified all the doubts I had as well as questions that were coming up while doing the course.

I was so excited to start the Sleep Nanny program and I was able to fit it around my work. The first few chapters seemed to be revision for me and it is very good that they are both auditory and visual so I could listen on the way to work and from work. I am older than most so I was lacking in confidence in front of a camera on the Zoom calls. I feel really confident with my approach with the clients and I love listening and talking to parents. However, the business modules were more challenging for me. I remain concerned that there is tremendous encouragement to use Kartra when I have found it particularly challenging to set up. Overall I am glad to have bought the course, and it has challenged me in ways that I was not expecting. Going forward I could have done with one to one coaching regarding the website and email sequencing. I feel that a smaller group support about the 'business set up' would help people in the future.

Highly enjoyed this course and would definitely recommend it. The 2 online classes per week offered great regular support and motivation and will be dearly missed by me. You can go through the course content on your own time which was very important for me.

I would highly recommend this course - there was so much content, all really interesting and very practical. There was also 2 online support classes each week which were great for getting advice and keeping you motivated. My own child now sleeps like a star and I've already had some really positive feedback from the first few families I've worked with so really excited for what the future holds!

Thank you Sleep Nanny team for such a complete training programme. In the end, I feel I have been given got all the support and the toolkit to bring up my business. And not to mention that I have gotten back my 8 hours of night sleep after I trained my non-sleeper toddler.

I was excited to start the course but nervous too. With my background of working with children and families I knew I would love learning more about the sleep support side but I needed that confidence boost, to prove that I could actually do it (especially the business side) and I definitely got that with the support from the group. I found the course really straight forward to follow and very informative. The lives on our fb group were so useful to chat through any issues or just when looking for reassurance or sharing success stories. I can not reccomend the sleep nanny academy enough. Lucy and her team are fantastic. The course is well structured, very informative and offers great support. As a nurse, I was looking for a course I could work around my family and work life- this being self directed gave me this opportunity. Whilst the sleep science training is great, it is the focus and support of the business side that really sets The Sleep Nanny Academy apart. Setting up your own business can be daunting but The Sleep Nanny provides a really friendly and supportive community with lots of hands-on, practical training to give you every chance of success. Having used a sleep nanny previously I was really interested in becoming a sleep consultant so I could help other people. Following extensive research I chose to join the Sleep Nanny Academy's certification programme as it was the most comprehensive available.

This course gives you everything you need to know to help families with their sleep but also the business support to help you set up your own business including marketing, payment platforms, CRM and forward planning.

We think the initial phone chat to discuss whether The Sleep Nanny is right for us was great. The first phone chat to discuss our little boy and our plan of action was good but I feel it could have been more detailed and tailored specifically to our boy. The follow up after one week was very needed and we thought this was great, however there needed to be more than one follow up.
The ability to be able to ask questions on facebook is a great feature however it's very frustrating to have to explain your background each time you post a question and feels impersonal. It also makes explaining what's going on more difficult as you have to start from the very beginning. We have tried to monthly live Q&A's... again this was good but it was someone different each time, giving mixed opinions.
We have made good progress with our little one but feel we have now gone backwards slightly from the latest advice. We have never reached a consistent 6am wake up time, even though we have stuck to the letter of the plan. We feel it would be more useful to have one consultant that stayed with you throughout the first 4weeks. Checking in each week and providing quick answers to questions via email or video call each week. After the four week period I think Facebook would be fine along with the monthly Q&A's.

Before signing up I had doubts as to if I’d be able to manage a 7 month old, 20 month old and two step children as well as studying. Well- I did it! And I loved it. It gave me such a great feeling to be doing something for me again, something I enjoyed and being able to tie it into my experience and studies post children. Such a good feeling to be able to achieve something outside of being Steph the mum. Really excited to my new venture.

Having never heard of a sleep consultant before, to all of a sudden starting my own business as a sleep consultant was very scary and quite random for me. However, this course course gives you everything, EVERYTHING, you need! I'm not great at self learning, but you can repeat the course content and ask as many questions as you need to. The knowledge provided regarding sleep is so powerful, and all the business details Lucy provides is not just the minimum, she gives you so much knowledge and support and the confidence to make a start and keep going. There is a lot of information provided, and sometimes it's hard to take it in, however when you go back and listen again you pick it up very quickly. Working with the families is really great to put your knowledge to practice, I guess I felt I would have liked to discuss my plan with the Sleep Nanny team before implementing, just to double check my knowledge was right.
My challenge now is learning to tech to set up my website and run my business.
