It’s exactly what we ordered after staying at Travelodge for over 20 years and resting/slept on the comfortable and firm Travelodge Dreamer.

Super comfortable mattress. This mattress was purchased after a lot of research, and also having stayed in a few different hotel and looking into which mattresses they use. I was having terrible sleep and waking up in pain but night 1 on this mattress was a dream.

The two delivery lads were very pleasant and helpful.

We ordered a mattress, headboard and divan. Order and delivery were quick and painless, and we're delighted with our new bed - the mattress is incredibly comfortable and the whole thing looks great. Highly recommend.

Easy to order online was kept informed when my order was dispatched from warehouse also kept informed when it would be arriving and was called prior to delivery.

Arrived soon after ordering. I was kept informed of delivery and new mattress was installed and old mattress taken away in minutes.

Ordered a (travelodge) mattress and was all processed very quickly. I even booked my delivery the day after the order.

The night before the delivery, i received my txt from their delivery partner giving the 2hr delivery window. I took a days annual leave to receive the delivery.

2hrs before the delivery, i got a txt and email to say my mattress had not arrived at the depot and could not be delivered. They would contact me in 48hrs to discuss.

Overall a poor customer experience and customer service having to wait for 48hrs to find out whats happening even although they have been sitting with full payment for over 2 weeks.

I am now waiting on my refund before i can buy another mattress somewhere else.

Please think twice before buying from this company.

I bought my first Sleepeezee mattress 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Late last year I ordered a Jessica Plush mattress for our spare room and every guest we have had has complimented on the good night sleep they had. I couldn’t recommend Sleepeezee more

Ordered a ‘Jack’ mattress on the basis of a Which recommendation. The ‘Mattress Recycling’ information on the Sleepeezee website says that you will be offered the option to recycle your mattress when you place your order. That option wasn’t available when I placed my order. The order confirmation email stated that the delivery company would be in touch to arrange delivery. The mattress just turned up on my doorstep with no warning from Sleepeezee or the delivery company. Poor environmental responsibility, zero communication and misleading information.

Delivery was awful could not get hold of anyone 24 hours before to elicit the 2 hours slot. Eventually got a slot but delivery guys did not call as promised

I purchased the Dreamer travel lodge bed and as they were assembling the bed I requested that the menn fitted a mattress casement to ensure the mattress would not bee damaged. The first night I
I slept on it i fell out of bed. The edge was very soft and ii believe that I had turned over in my sleep and rolled out. This happened happened another twice and I asked Sleepeezee if I could return it the daythe first time I fell out of bed. They refused and sent a technician to examine the springs but he con clouded no problem with the springs. My problem is if I turn over in my sleep there is no protection to prevent me falling out. The third time I was admitted to hospital as I was unable to stand or walk because of the injury when ii fell. I am still experiencing constant pain in the top of my leg where I was injured. A guest on th weekend brought me a cup of tea in bed and as she was getting off the bed she slid off the bed and screamed but luckily she landed on her feet she was upset and shouted why is that bex so high. Trading standards are now involved as a result of my injury the bed cost me £1300. I am currently recovering. From a stroke and the mattress is very uncomfortable and I have chronic pain after sleeping in this bed overnight. Be very careful if buying a bed from Sleepeezee

Jessica mattress is the worst thing I have ever slept on ..I’m normally a good sleeper but had nothing but back ache since we purchased this mattress both myself and partner

The bed and mattress are so comfortable, don’t want to get up in the morning. Great quality and design. I was kept updated with progress and the delivery guys were so helpful.
The only downside was that delivery was delayed by one day and we had to sleep on the sofa as we had arranged for our old bed to be collected on the same day as the new bed was due to be delivered.
Apart from that I am really pleased that I purchased from Sleepeze and look forward to many a good night sleep

Easy to order and arrived promptly. Our first encounter with a ‘bed in a box’ and a hefty beast it was too. We were quite sceptical when we first unrolled the mattress but within a matter of hours it had expanded enough to sleep on. We are happy to report that it is extremely comfortable and has eliminated some minor back troubles. We are still getting used to the feeling that we could roll off the mattress as the edges are soft but I think it will have to be a case of mind of matter(ess)!
