Ordered a N30 nasal mask, sent prescription in. They lied and said prescription didn't have pressure. Then said they could schedule an appt with THEIR doctor! LOL What a scam! My prescription had everything needed to order a cpap and full or nasal masks. They just wanted me to see their doctors! RUN, don't walk from this website! shop.sleepdoctor.com

I appreciated the convenience and cost saving feature of their at home sleep test, since my insurance doesn’t cover the sleep tests. The video call consultation and print out that we reviewed helped me to clearly understand the data. Purchasing was easy and a 15% discount provided for those without insurance. I do wish they had more face mask (and a chin strap) options, and I’ve been told that is coming.

The at-home sleep study was easy and more comfortable than going to a sleep lab. The process was super easy. The follow-up appointment was informational and identified the problem areas in my sleep patterns. Rachel took extra time to discuss my issues and offered several options and suggestions to improve my sleep. Super easy and very helpful.

The test was easy to take, and the people that I interacted with were very professional (and also friendly). There was a lot of analytical data that I received after the test, and a comprehensive summary with recommendations.

I had ordered accessories: a cover for my ResMed CPAP machine (it fit perfectly), a soap pad (placemat) excellent as it stabilizes the machine and prevents leaks from damaging my furniture and soap to clean the tubes and mouthpieces (no taste remains after washing) as with dish detergent. Reasonably priced and delivery swift.

After you take the quiz it will ask you to sign up and after the hassle it doesn't even work ..

Don't bother taking their chronotype test.
You'll jump through the hoops, for 10 minutes, then you'll have to register to see results. (I hate these tacticts).

But in this case I was invested, so did the signup, and upon attempting to log in, it doesn't work. Infuriating.
