Written by the company

Sleep Club makes bedding simpler. Our signature product, the DeepSleep Coverless Doona, combines doona and cover in one piece, so you never have to wrestle a doona cover again. We started Sleep Club because changing a doona cover is one of the most annoying chores in any household. Classic bedding means stuffing, shaking and buttoning, and the doona inside often goes months without a proper wash. With the DeepSleep, the whole thing goes straight into your home washing machine. It is machine washable at 40°C, tumble-dryer friendly and air-dries in around two hours, so fresh bedding is ready the same day. The DeepSleep is made from soft polyester microfibre with ThermoBalance fibres that help regulate temperature, making it comfortable across the seasons. The fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, tested for harmful substances. What you can expect from us: - Six sizes, from Single to Super King - Eleven colours to suit any bedroom - Free shipping on all orders - A 40-night trial, so you can sleep on it before you decide - Friendly support via info@sleepclub-au.com Our customers range from busy families who want less laundry hassle to parents and grandparents who simply want bedding that is easy to look after. Whoever you are, our goal stays the same: less effort, cleaner bedding and better sleep. We read every review on Trustpilot and use your feedback to keep improving our products and service. Thanks for sleeping with Sleep Club.

2xKing size duvets and 1xSuperking duvet package

I received my order of 2xKing & 1xSuperking duvets today.
I took advantage of the 3 duvets package/price saving AUD $99.00.
I have 2xQueen beds & 1x King bed
I always upsize for covers/doonas as I like the extra sizing as it looks nicer and provides good coverage for sleep.
So the sizing I got is good. The ‘orange’ colour is a bit lighter & brighter than I expected. I was thinking more burnt orange. But, in saying that it is Spring heading into Summer in Australia so the colour suits the season.

Hi Cathie,

What a lovely haul – three doonas in one go! We're glad the upsizing worked out and everything looks great on your beds. Thanks too for your honest feedback on the Orange; colours can look a little different on screen, so we'll pass this on to make the shade clearer in our photos. If you'd ever like a different colour, just get in touch – we're always happy to help!

Warm regards,
Emma

I’m very happy with the doona

I’m very happy with the doona. It fits our king size bed well and is so light and easy to make the bed. It kept us warm on the cold nights a few weeks ago and is comfortable with the warmer weather starting. Haven’t tried washing it yet, but I think it will be fine. A good product.
*** Just editing this review to advise how impressed I was with Emma from customer service. She emailed me to thank me for my review, and I had a few questions. Emma replied in detail and it was like talking with a friend. She was so friendly and charming as we emailed back and forth. Not like some customer service which is often robotic. She was warm and really human. Just for that, I'll probably buy another doona in a different colour. Thanks Emma.

Hi Susan,

So lovely to see your kind words here too! We're really glad the DeepSleep fits your King bed so well and has kept you comfortable through both the chilly nights and the warmer days. And when wash day does come around, it goes straight into a standard washing machine and dries quickly – no wrestling required.

Update: Susan, your note honestly made my week! I really enjoyed our emails too, so thank you for taking the time to add this. And if you do go for a second colour, I'd love to hear which one you pick!

Warm regards,
Emma

Happy customer

Quilt arrived in a timely manner. I followed the "getting started" instructions. Couldn't believe how easily it washed AND dried. Super soft.
I decided to go down this route of "no top sheet" because I have a small dog who sleeps on my bed. I was constantly washing quilt covers..and shoving quilts back into them
This quilt is everything you said it was. I have had no need for customer service. Thank you.

Hi Lyn,

"Everything you said it was" – we couldn't ask for more than that! We're so glad it washed and dried as easily as you hoped, and that the days of shoving quilts back into covers are behind you. With a little furry bed buddy, being able to pop the whole thing in the wash really makes all the difference. Wishing you both many cosy nights ahead!

Emma

Performs exactly as advertised.

Works just as advertised.
Was concerned as to how effective it would be, as it's fairly light & thin. However, it's great.
Keeps me comfortable on both hot & cold evenings.
Should have invested ages ago.

The doona is light yet warm and lies comfortably over you rather than feeling heavy and causing pressure eg on your feet!
Love the doona but hoping that the fabric can be improved to look less like a sheet! Sleep Club have taken on my feedback and looking at my suggestion of using an embossed fabric ✅. Very impressed with their customer service!

I am truly impressed with Sleep Club

I am truly impressed with Sleep Club. My purchase wasn’t suitable for me as my dogs would have torn holes in the fabric. They were super accommodating in coming to a mutually beneficial arrangement. Their customer service was excellent both in response time and problem solving.

My experience in dealing with this business has been exceptional.

I have to say that my experience in dealing with this business has been exceptional. I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour and they have gone above and beyond to not only instantly ship the correct item, but have sent it postage free (to Australia) and also told me to keep the original order for guests or to pass it onto to someone who would like it. Their response to rectifying what was a problem of my own making, was remarkable. I would certainly recommend this business.
