Returns are tough if you’re based in the US
Shirt I ordered is beautiful and was delivered quickly, but the fit wasn’t right on me unfortunately. Sl’eau does make clear that you’re responsible for your own return, but being based in the US, I hadn’t realized how difficult it is to figure out how to send a return back to the UK with the correct documents, etc. What made this even worse is that Sl’eau requires the return to arrive within 14 days, so I would have to pay a big premium for it to make it to the UK in time. All said, the return shipping would have been more than $200 and I didn’t have the confidence I had the right paperwork for the shipment to even make it to Sl’eau. So, since the cost of shipping was half the price of the shirt, I’m just keeping it and hope I can resell it. Overall, a frustrating experience and an expensive mistake.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit apprehensive about trying out this brand, they are fairly new and I hadn't heard of them before. I am pleasantly surprised and really impressed by the quality of everything I ordered I'd definitely order again.

I absolutely love the pieces I…
I absolutely love the pieces I purchased from Sl'eau. I bought the cream cardigan and satin trousers this spring while on a trip to London, and Vanessa organized having them delivered to my hotel and followed up to make sure I received them. They are beautifully made and timeless. So easy to wear and dress up or down, and I get compliments every time I wear them. Definitely worth the investment and I've already asked her to make the cardi in black!
