Simply Superb.
Well my second online shopping experience with Slate Cheese went smoothly again, from ordering to delivery plus the excellent packaging.
This time I had ordered the East Anglian Cheese and Wine Selection along with Slate Chilli Jam and of course another delicious Bray's Cottage Pork Pie.

The cheeses, wine and crackers were a perfect combination, serving up such delightful flavours that are lasting, whilst Slate's Chilli Jam complimented the Norfolk Dapple beautifully.

This company is excellent. I am yet to taste the cheese, sadly, as I am overseas and ordered for my family back in the UK. It arrived in good time and good shape. They said it was delicious!

We ordered your reliably delicious cheese well in advance of Christmas and paid. Sent family in with order details to find the order had been mislaid. Thankfully correct cheese in stock still but disconcerting on 23rd Dec. They told me they had been given an extra piece of cheese for the error but this was not the case. They said the staff were clearly in a bit of a muddle. I don't like to complain but it was a tad disappointing as you can imagine and as you have asked me for review I had to be honest. Godminster cheese always loved by everyone and not at all disappointing thanks

A very easy site to use and I found the description given very helpful and informative, the Tunworth camembert was a stunning cheese so creamy but with plenty of taste and for my personal taste I would not compare it to Camembert I have bought from the local supermarket,I am not a cheese aficionado buy any means I only usually buy this type of cheese only for special occasions but I will certainly be making an exception with this uncious morsal .

This was a gift for a very dear friend.
Her box arrived in plenty of time and in good condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Slate should you wish to send (or receive!) a gift of quality cheese and wine.

I want more of this! Such a perfect cheese; it looks so very attractive and tastes marvellous. Mrs Temple deserves a medal for the cheese's appearance, texture and taste.

Second time of using Slate and an exemplary service again. Recipient loves Caerphilly cheese but struggles to find it down in the southeast. He loves the one they sell. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

I ordered this cheese selection as a gift for my husband on his birthday. He was absolutely delighted with it and we have both been enjoying the contents very much! Thank you very much Slate.

Delivered on time, well packaged (in recyclable materials) and excellent quality products that we all enjoyed. Memories of previous Aldeburgh holidays and looking forward to visiting the Slate shop in person when possible.

Great cheese at a reasonable price -- and delivered just when it was supposed to be.

Really pleased with my order from Slate. The order was well packaged and very fresh on arrival. The choice of selecting a delivery date is something not seen on a lot of websites but allows for making plans to receive the package. The cheeses are delicious and wrapped in waxpaper rather than plastic.

This was a wonderful selection of really good quality, local East Anglian cheeses. They arrived a day early, checking with me that I was going to be in, and were beautifully packed. They are a little present to ourselves for Christmas! I shall certainly be ordering more cheese from Slate. I think we should all try and shop locally, or if that is not possible, at least British.

Cheese arrived quickly and well packed. Had a small tasting feast with some wine and port. The selection of 6 is a super arrangement, with a wide variety giving a great range of flavours, textures and tastes. Highly recommended for a tasting or party. Plenty in the pack, so we’ll drop half of each type off to kids!
