Bought 5 slab cases, one was delivered completely broken. No problem I thought, but the client service was just horrible. First I did not get any answer, after third email and instagram message finally an answer, they wanted to send me another one. Okay for me, but no case arrived. Again messaged them, again they wanted to take care of that issue. Again no more message or delivered case. Would have bought more in the future but this was the worst client service experience ever for me. Gave them several chances and communication was not as it should be. Still waiting for my money for the broken case. Never again!

I have 1 special edition pop that I wanted to present in an unique and modern way. This chest is very sleek, beautiful material and is very strong. Absolutely love it and will buy it again if I ever get a special Funko again.
